Guests and Tickets

I am a table sponsor. Do my guests need to purchase a ticket?
No. Your guests' tickets are covered with your sponsorship commitment.

When do you need the names and contact information of my guests?
To ensure your guests receive timely updates leading up to the event, we kindly ask to have all of your guests' names, cell phone numbers, email addresses and menu choice by August 1.

Why do you need an email address and a cell phone number?
Some of our event communications will be shared by email or text, including the parking vouchers. If your guest is uncomfortable sharing either forms of contact information, that is ok. They may rely on you to share event information.

What are the meal choices available?
All guests will select one of the following entrees when they RSVP.

• King salmon over root vegetable puree with ancient grains (gluten free, dairy free)
• Braised short rib over root vegetable puree with ancient grains (gluten free, dairy free)
• Butternut Squash Ravioli with brown butter sage cream (vegetarian)

Should I still send in my meal choice even if I don鈥檛 need to buy a ticket?
Yes, we are collecting meal choices from all guests and will need that choice by September 11, 2026.

Payment

When does Augsburg need my sponsorship payment?
We are requesting that sponsors pay by August 15, if possible. If you need more time, pledges can be fulfilled any time before December 31, 2026.

How do I pay for my sponsorship?
A check can be mailed to 含羞草视频, Attn: Institutional Advancement, Campus Box 142, 2211 Riverside Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55454 OR make a payment online here. On the online form, you will see "Promising Futures: A Celebration Gala" as an option under the "I want to support" drop-down menu.

Event Parking

Where can I park the day of the gala?
The Depot offers self-parking on a surface lot or underground for $15 per vehicle. Pre-registered event guests will receive a voucher to cover this cost and must present it at entry. Additionally, overnight parking for hotel guests is $30 per vehicle.

Is there valet parking?聽
Valet parking will be available on October 2 from 4:30-11:00 p.m. and must be purchased in advance. Pre-order your valet ticket for $25 per vehicle.
