It is important to know that counseling services from these professional counselors are privileged and confidential and will not generate an investigation, unless the allegations involve a minor, vulnerable adult, or an imminent threat to the life of a person. If time has passed since a sexual assault, dating\/domestic violence, or stalking incident, you still have resources available to assist you when you are ready as well as after you have reported such an incident. In addition to º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ counseling, other community resources are available specifically to assist survivors of sexual assault and sexual violence.
