There are so many options available to students for international study, provided through Augsburg’s . Many students have successfully completed major courses and core requirements abroad through both short-term and semester programs in several countries.
STUDENT TEACHING IN MEXICO
Students can complete their student teaching semester with Augsburg’s Study Center in Mexico!
Based at Augsburg’s study center in Cuernavaca, Mexico, this fall-semester program provides the opportunity for undergraduate and graduate Education students to complete required student-teaching hours in Mexican schools, with supervision from an º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ education faculty.
Eligibility for the student teaching in Mexico program does require a minimum of intermediate level of Spanish. If you have not taken enough Spanish language, or would like to take intensive Spanish before the beginning of your placement, you may do so through CGEE’s Summer program in Cuernavaca.Â

Along with semester programs through the Center for Global Education and Experience and exchanges, the university offers several short-term programs each year.
